Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped either via Doorway Express, Tara Couriers, Zipmail or Knutsford Express with tracking and drop-off with signature confirmation as is available. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online as is available. Orders Outside of Jamaica will be delivered via EMS shipping. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. How to Start Your Kegel Exercises?

1. Start in a comfortable position lying down – some women find that lying prone on their stomach or kneeling on all fours can help them with Kegel exercises when starting out. Alternatively lie down on your side or on your back.

2. Keep the normal inwards curve in your lower back during your exercises.

3. Squeeze and lift inwards in and around your pelvic openings.

4. Keep lifting and squeezing for as long as you can up to 10 seconds.

5. Relax your pelvic floor muscles back to resting level.

ON AND OFF:

1. Please recharge the product for 1-2 hrs on receiving it (refer to Charging Guide).

2. Press button of the Quivering Ball for 2 s to power it on. Press it again or press button of the remote to change for different modes.

3. To end using, press button of the remote for 2s to stop the quivering, then take it out and press button of the ball to power it off.
