Delivery
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped either via Doorway Express, Tara Couriers, Zipmail or Knutsford Express with tracking and drop-off with signature confirmation as is available. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online as is available. Orders Outside of Jamaica will be delivered via EMS shipping. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected

You may also visit our Store. Please be aware that if we ship your package and it is refused by you or if you have entered your address incorrectly and it is returned to us – shipping charges will not be refunded. It only glows in the dark after sun exposure or LED Light irradiation .The toy has to absorb the light firstly itself for sometime, then put it somewhere dark and It will be luminous. Please notice that the toy would not be luminous ,if you do not put it under the sunshine or LED Light irradiation directly. The toy can not glow automically after you receive it. Here are some tips about how you make the toy glow in dark. Daytime 1. 5 minutes of direct sunlight, placed indoors, draw the curtains to use. 2. Open the curtains, placed on the windowsill sun exposure for 15 minutes, draw the curtains to use. Darkness 1. Indoor LED Light irradiation 30 minutes, turn off the lights to use. 2. LED desk lamp (within 10cm distance), irradiation for 20 minutes, turn off the lights to use. The reason why the buyer unpacks and detects no luminous effect after receiving the goods: 1. The glowing time of luminous products in the dark only lasts 5 hours to 8 hours(Please do the sun exposure or LED Light irradiation in time when you find it not glowing ). 2. The glowing effect has disappeared during the logistics process 3. The buyer did not follow the instructions for use to absorb light for the product.
