  DELIVERY OPTIONS & WHAT THEY MEAN:

  Orders are generally available for same and or next day pickup/delivery based on your location and the availability of bike messengers and the availability of products at the time your order is received. While we strive to ensure delivery is timely, we cannot guarantee that third party services will be available for deliveries unless at least 2 hours notice is provided. At least 24 hours notice is required for pickups in Liguanea and Portmore, Jamaica. During sale periods and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal.
  
  - 5-7 Days Delivery - These packages are generally delivered FREE OF COST, & Packages can be expected within the stated time frame. A number of delivery options may be employed including Door to Door Delivery, or Delivery to your Local Post Office via ZipMail . This remains solely up to our discretion.
  
  - 3-5 Days Delivery - These packages are generally delivered via ZipMail which goes to the Post Office closest to your shipping address.
  
  - 2-3 Days Delivery - These packages are generally delivered via Knutsford Express  which offers a variety of local pickup options.
  
  - Same/Next Day Delivery - These packages are delivered based on the shipping location's proximity to one of our locations as well as the availability of Delivery services. Please note that Orders received after 10am generally SHIP NEXT BUSINESS DAY. Exceptions are made based on proximity to one of our locations and the availability of delivery services. These Express delivery Packages are delivered via a variety of Door-To-Door Courier Services including but not limited to: Doorway Express & TARA Courier Services.
  
  - Store Pickup/Local Delivery - Based upon the proximity of shipping address entered to our store location, Same Day Delivery after 10AM will be presented as an option. Simply select this option and pickup your order or expect delivery within 1-2 Hours based on Store opening hours and product availability vs proximity.

  If you are in Jamaica, please either leave the zipcode as "00000" or enter accurate Postal Code Information to get corresponding Delivery Options. To get Local Pickup/Delivery simply select the option and enter a shipping address which corresponds with the below guidelines.

  • Portmore - As Far as Greater Portmore
  • Ocho Rios - Along Main Street
  • Kingston - Within 10 Miles of Halfway Tree

  LOCAL PICKUP ZONES:

  • Portmore - Megamart at the Mall (8am OR 7pm)
  • Kingston - In Liguanea at Waterfalls (11am TO 5pm)
  • Montego Bay - Inside Nymph Haven at Shop 20 Westron Plaza (11am TO 5pm)

  RETURNS:

  Send us an Email via info@mysexpressions.com forwarding a copy of your order confirmation email/invoice as well as describing your issue. We will schedule return shipping. You may also visit our Store at 3 Hillview Avenue in Halfway Tree Jamaica. Please be aware that if we ship your package and it is refused by you or if you have entered your address incorrectly and it is returned to us – shipping charges will not be refunded. Unless we have miss-shipped or made a mistake in packaging your order – shipping and service fees are not refundable, and as such may not be transferred to any other purchase or applied towards return shipping. Unfortunately we do not offer cash refunds, Exchange or Store Credit ONLY Within THREE (3) days of purchase with original, UNOPENED packaging. Returns will not be accepted on Opened Packages as well as on any other Perishable Product inclusive of but not limited to: Creams, Pills, Lubricants etc. Delivery/Shipping/Processing Fees are NONREFUNDABLE. If you receive your order and there is a problem with the order, you must report the issue within 72 hours. Please note: if there is a problem – do not open or use the item until the problem is resolved. For Sanitary/Hygienic Purposes All Sales Are Final Due To the Nature of These Products All returns must be authorized by Sexpressions. Returned goods may not be used, opened or damaged. Some items such as custom orders are not refundable. Due to the specialized quality of many of our products, many of our makeup products and supplies are not returnable. Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be sent once the return has been processed.
